Written Answers — Road Safety: Road Safety (17 Dec 2008): Noel Ahern: The Road Safety Authority has submitted proposals for the registration and regulation of driving instructors to my Department. Consideration of these proposals is at an advanced stage, and I expect to be in a position to make the necessary regulations shortly.
