Written Answers — Road Safety: Road Safety (16 Nov 2006): Martin Cullen: The Road Safety Authority is responsible for registering driving instructors. A consultation document published jointly by my Department and the RSA last May set out proposals for the registration of driving instructors and invited submissions to be made by the 8 September. These submissions are being considered by the RSA.

KildareStreet search is case-insensitive, and tries to match all the search terms within a document.
To exclude a word from your search, put a minus ("-") sign in front, for example to find documents containing the word "representation" but not the word "taxation":

To search for an exact phrase, use quotes (""). For example to find only documents contain the exact phrase "Mahon Tribunal":
