Ciarán Cuffe: I am aware of the success of the Dublin Bike Scheme and would welcome its further expansion, both in Dublin, and as similar schemes in other urban areas. Dublin City Council was responsible for the introduction of the Dublin Bike Scheme and introduction of similar schemes in other areas would be a matter for the local authorities concerned.
