Cathal Berry: ...Is there any update on that? It would be very positive for recruitment and retention and in operational terms if we were very close to the main population of the country. This goes back to what I said about Cavan and the O'Neill Barracks. If we are starting to open new facilities for the Defence Forces then people can see we are investing, and that is good to know.
