Donie Cassidy: I will pass on the strong views on blasphemy expressed by Senator Norris. The Deputy Leader, Senator Dan Boyle, proposed an amendment to the Order of Business, seconded by Senator Norris, regarding No. 25. I agree with the proposal to amend the Order of Business that No. 25 be taken before No. 1 if that is agreed by the House.
