Pat Rabbitte: .... There has been no change in the CER's timeframes in this regard. I would again make the point to the Deputy that the CER's own process has been delayed by the formal complaint made by Shannon LNG to the EU Commission alleging that the options being considered in the CER's consultation amount to unlawful State-Aid.
