Matt Carthy: I have two questions, one of which is a follow-up question in regard to encroachment. Has money been paid to Eir, Enet or any other company for the use of their infrastructure in terms of the roll-out of the broadband plan and, if so, how much?

...;177 million, would have been absorbed by the design and the build of the network, mobilisation costs, payment of contracts, payment for materials, managed service payments, which would have tied in Enet who provide a service to the NBI, purchase of stock and purchase of equipment.
