Aengus Ó Snodaigh: ...but because the council, foolishly in some ways, gave a lease to a developer who has sat on it and caused the dilapidation in recent years. The Minister received a progress report from the Moore Street advisory group at the end of July or early August and there were a number of recommendations in that.
