Stephen Donnelly: ...negotiated civil service pay scales.  There are a small number of Clerical Officers & Service Officers on the starting points of the pay scale for their grade, who are on salaries below the living wage of €12.30 per hour (gross) but as they progress over time on their respective pay scale, their salaries will exceed the living wage. I have asked the HSE to respond...
