Noel Coonan: Before handing over to members, I seek clarification on a few other matters. What might be the key areas of concern for the National Concert Hall, NCH, in respect of the Bill? It struck me that the concert hall's board might have some concerns or may be worried about the Minister having too much say or too much power.
