Róisín Garvey: It would be nice if it was mandatory that they have the qualification. There is a word used to mean it is not necessary and it is the second level down. It does not have to be mandatory.

Róisín Garvey: There are some experts in the private sector. I have seen some amazing big companies which have been led by experts from abroad and they have done phenomenal work that the public sector is way behind on. I totally agree on that. The Department has a big challenge. I thank everyone for coming in. It is great to hear they are trying.
