Brian Leddin: If we upgrade more social homes but ultimately they have a lower carbon impact as it is, we get a lower benefit. I do not know if the analysis has been done. Brian Leddin: Regarding the call for the rental housing sector to meet a certain standard, I acknowledge it is remiss not to have detail, considering that I believe the climate action plan calls for there to be a minimum standard. The view is that carbon tax is important but it should be fairly redistributed.
