Patricia Ryan: It is certainly not doing well. That is my opinion from reading this. I was quite shocked to see the targets being missed by 66%. I also see in the report that almost 40% of the targeted number of home support hours in 2022 went undelivered. What measures must the Government take? I suppose the witnesses will tell me we need to go back to the Department of Health on this also.
