Patrick Costello: My point is that for a legal system to be has to be efficient, it has to be fast and fair. If it is only one, it will not be efficient. We need to see legal aid funded and those translators funded, otherwise the system may be fast but it will not be fair. When it comes to the vindication of rights, fast alone is not necessarily efficient.
