Aengus Ó Snodaigh: I just have a query on the wording of this. Paragraph (a) in the current text states, "made an application under Chapter 3 or Chapter 4". That is clear, whereas the amendment says "made an application under Chapter 3 or 4". Maybe I am being pedantic but what is the reason for taking the word "Chapter" out?
