Tim Lombard: I thank Deputy Fitzmaurice. I can come back to him if I am caught. First of all, I thank Ms McSherry for her presentation. I will start on the proposals in reverse order. On COM (2023) 578, relating to the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, would it be true that we never fish out there?
