James Browne: As the Senator said, many factors will have to be taken into account. It would not be appropriate for me to give any indication as it might be taken as an indication of what should be granted in a particular set of circumstances. The complexity of the case, the conduct of the parties to proceedings and the importance of what is at stake will all be taken into account in making those decisions.
