Eugene Murphy: I would prefer if the Minister did not use the word "liar" about anybody. I would prefer if he did not use it. I do not think he should have used it but I am not allowing this debate to go any further.

Eugene Murphy: I want to raise an issue I have spoken about before. It is the national primary route, the N5, and the Dublin to Westport route and particularly the bypass between Ballaghaderreen and Scramoge, which has been a danger to the public for many years. Industry also has been complaining that when transporting goods from the west to the east to the ports, a lot of material in trucks gets damaged....

Because I was dealing with something else here I did not pick up on every point that was made in the presentation. Is it correct that the largest number of complaints were against local authorities?

Eugene Murphy: On the breakdown of those complaints to the HSE, did they all relate to the system or were they more to do with delays or waiting lists? Was there any area that Mr. Deering noticed when they got complaints that were more difficult than others? Were a lot of them do with waiting lists?

Eugene Murphy: That is something that could be resolved where it is an issue of communications. This could probably reduce a lot of those complaints. Did Mr. Deering give a figure regarding legal practices? Do they get many complaints about legal practices?

Eugene Murphy: I am not surprised about the Department of Foreign Affairs because of the issues we had with passports. That is fair enough. How many relate to the marine? Did Mr. Deering say there were 77?
