Pat Buckley: I thank the secretariat and the committee here because a phenomenal amount of work has gone into this. I am very disappointed that the four witnesses who were invited could not turn up. There is a process there, as the Chairman said, in that the correspondence from the HSE is be forwarded to the petitioner for comment; I agree with that. I do not know why the witnesses did not turn up....
