Kathleen Funchion: Before I invite the Ministers in, I will note that there have been a lot of questions about the early years sector. These have been prompted by the fact that there have been savings in that sector. That is why I am allowing the questions, in case there a question mark as regards remit. It is important that the Ministers be given the opportunity to clarify those matters.
