Seán Canney: Dr. Hartney mentioned four things: mental health, liberties, equality and education. Who is driving all of this? Rather, it is not so much who is driving it but who is in charge. Who is taking this project and bringing it to a stage where all of these things are happening but where somebody is checking in to see if progress is being made and when we might see a finalisation of this as a plan?
