That is particularly the case when it comes to delivering social housing. I concur with the remarks made by Senator Boyhan regarding the staff in both local authorities represented here today. Maria Bailey: I thank all those attending today. As always, with this meeting we go well over time because of the level of detail involved. I thank the witnesses for their attendance today. The next meeting will be at 9.30 a.m. on Thursday, 20 June, when we will have detailed scrutiny of the Local Government (Water Pollution) (Amendment) Bill 2018 and the Social Housing Bill 2016.

Maria Bailey: We only have 20 minutes left, so I was going to take Deputy Barry and Senator Boyhan together. If the Deputy wants, I can take Senator Boyhan first and then he can do his bursts. I also wanted to ask questions but we are going to run out of time so I will not be able to.
