Gabrielle McFadden: Okay, although due process up to this has not been ideal. I am not comfortable with anything I have heard so far, and that is why I am asking the question. With respect to the debt collection process, in 2013, bad debts were €4.7 million. That included a write-off of €327,000 and a reduction in the provision of €5 million.
