Jimmy Harte: I am sorry I had to say it. A fee of â¬50 is not exorbitant. It is not nice to be obliged to inform people that they must pay â¬50. Jimmy Harte: Senator Eamonn Coghlan has left the Chamber, but I concur with him on the issue of the Belfield track. As a student at UCD in the 1970s, I used that track regularly.
