Ray Butler: Is legislation proposed on internal loans in banks? It has come to my attention that internal loans of €3 billion are outstanding in one of the banks. People are being crucified by the banks and face charges for their services if they do not have €2,500 in their account. Legislation is required on internal loans in banks.
