Ray Butler: Where is the regulation Bill on subcontractors? Many subcontractors have got on to me, stating that the figure of €200,000 in the Bill is very high in light of the direction the economy has taken. One could build many houses now for €200,000, given the way things have gone. The figure should be brought down to €50,000 or €100,000 to protect these subcontractors.
