Tom Fleming: Small bus contractors have been outbid in the procurement system by a local transport group that is in receipt of State subsidies. They are finding it very hard to comprehend why they are losing all the contracts and they are very concerned that they will be put out of business. This matter was raised numerous times over the summer. We hope the Minister will be able to intercede in some way.
