Derek Nolan: To be a little parochial, Galway has among the highest rents and one of the most vibrant rental markets in the country because it is a relatively small city with two third level institutions. The rental market in the city is under severe pressure. This is one of the issues that public representatives deal with all the time. Is there a difference between the flexibility that is granted to...

Derek Nolan: I will raise an issue that has arisen in the course of the meeting. The Department has undergone a radical change in recent years and, from personal experience, I believe it has dealt with much of it well.
