Aodhán Ó Ríordáin: I do not wish to stifle the debate, and the Leas-Cheann Comhairle was not present for the past little while, but there is a practice whereby we speak to the amendment. I tabled this amendment in good faith and waited for the Minister of State to address it in good faith, yet the debate went elsewhere about other issues, albeit valid ones. On that basis, I am happy to withdraw the amendment.
