Áine Collins: This is the stuff that drives people absolutely insane, including me, and I speak with a little experience from a financial background. When something needed to be done in Galway, and I agreed it had to be done, approximately €62,000 was spent on that. Yet we have this, which is ongoing for the past 15 years. We cannot seem to make it happen.
