Áine Collins: I assume SOLAS will be the overall body to deliver training for apprenticeships. That is an area that has not been addressed for many years. In society we have people who go on to higher education or those who leave school and do not go any further. There is a great need, in particular in the tourism industry and catering, that has not been addressed. Is that part of the plan?

There are many non-Irish people working in the tourism sector in particular, which is a concern for us.
