Pat Deering: Has consideration been given to allowing contractors to qualify for TAMS? given there is a major emphasis on slurry spreading equipment from a climate change point of view? In most parts of the country, contractors spread slurry. They need assistance to pay for the equipment required to meet the different criteria that are coming down the line.
