Pat Deering: Would it be fair to say that more than 3% of feedlots that are using that status are not restricted from a TB point of view? I just throw that figure out there as an example.

Pat Deering: I do not mean to be argumentative. This goes back to my initial point. Farmers have to work together on all of this.
