Does the Taoiseach not agree that, as the road traffic Bill is on the legislative list, perhaps it is time to include therein some movement towards the regulation of private clamping operations? At present, such operators are charging 50% more to release the clamp then is the case on Merrion Square or St. Stephen's Green.
