Other young people also experience this. The premium I paid for my 1.4 litre car that was worth no more than €200 was €2,500. I was not alone in this. John Paul Phelan: I was amused to hear some people say this measure would help to reduce the level of under age alcohol consumption and that it was good the Government was increasing the cost by 35 cent.
