I asked the Minister for State at the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Deputy McHugh, and he says he wants eight minutes. According to the order of the House today I must bring this debate to a vote at 2.30 p.m. That is what I intend to do. The Deputy has two minutes.
