Dr. Ní Bhriain stated: "Initial funding of €2.2 million was agreed for the first year of implementation ... with an overall cost of €6.6 million per annum." Is that an estimate or is the HSE getting €6.6 million?

A number of the clinics are a combination, but I believe the total comes to just 12. We have not reached 14 yet. Is that right?
