Is this proper procedure for a decentralised office in west Cork or any other part of the country? Those involved in the fishing industry on the south-western coastline are mesmerised as they are caught between the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Minister...

P J Sheehan: Why did the Taoiseach not do this? It would have simplified the situation and Deputies would not have to spend 35 minutes trying to contact a decentralised office in Clonakilty from Dublin.
