Dick Roche: The Ring Helvic water supply scheme is included in my Department's water services investment programme 2004-06 as a scheme to start in 2005. Dick Roche: My Department has received a request to consider the designation of Newcastle Lough, Kells, County Meath, as a natural heritage area under the Wildlife Acts. My Department is currently arranging for an ecological survey and-or assessment of the site to be carried out.
