Charlie O'Connor: Allow me a few more seconds. I hope somebody in Government is telling the banks that the State support depends on them looking after people into the future. I challenge the new Government, when it comes, on this also. The banks have a job to do - to look after people and I hope they continue to do that. I look forward to supporting this Bill.
