Olivia Mitchell: It is not a question. It is just to clarify that there was a loophole in Irish law that gave better rights to citizenship to third country citizens, such as people coming from Bangladesh or India, when they married an EU national than somebody from within the EU who married an EU national. I think that loophole has been closed so the incentive to traffic is not as great as it previously was.
