Liz McManus: The statutory instrument has been laid before the House and unless the Taoiseach is willing to allow time to debate it, we will not have the opportunity to debate the amendments that relate to emergency medical practitioners, essentially ambulance staff. As we need to discuss these issues, the Taoiseach should include them in the Bill as part of the normal process.
