Joe McHugh: Actually, I would be a seconder. I believe Deputy O'Callaghan may propose it. If I am not able to second it, I do not doubt that Deputy Conway-Walsh will. The proposal is that we write directly to the banking institutions, including the Central Bank and the insurance entities, which have not met anyone at this stage.
