One question that will arise is that of fees. Has the ISI worked out an overarching system so that people in similar situations are charged similar fees? Ciarán Lynch: With regard to the Public Expenditure and Reform subheads 1 to 8, I feel like I must do the job of the Opposition for them. Consultancy fees have increased quite significantly as detailed by subhead 7. Why was there a 300% increase in consultancy fees?
