Brendan Kenneally: I thank the Minister for coming to the House with the changes made to the Bill in the Dáil which enhance the legislation. During the passage of this Bill and the previous Bill, the Minister took Opposition amendments on board, a healthy sign that leads to better legislation. I thank those who contributed on all Stages and thank the Minister's officials for their work.
