Máire Hoctor: I have been informed that the independent investigation committee appointed by the Health Service Executive to investigate the circumstances of the case referred to by the Deputy continues to meet. The chairperson has indicated that its report will be submitted to the Executive by the end of April 2009. The question of its dissemination will then be a matter for the HSE.
