What is the HSE going to do now? Can we set up something? My recommendation is that we set up a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic treatment plan for these young girls. First, we need to investigate it.

Seanad: Social Welfare and Pensions Bill 2015: Committee Stage (2 Dec 2015)

Fidelma Healy Eames: A Galway family has brought this issue to my attention. They are a husband and wife aged approximately 60. I was on the other side of the House when I voted for the extension of the retirement age to 67. Seanad: Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011: Report Stage (Resumed) and Final Stage (2 Dec 2015)

Fidelma Healy Eames: Yes, I second the amendment and appreciate the Minister's clarification on that point. However, I am curious about the wording of the section. The Bill states:The Authority shall engage in a public consultation process on—(a) the extent, if any, to which the restriction on legal practitioners, other than solicitors, holding the moneys of clients, as provided under section 36, should...
