Seán Fleming: That is fine. I only referred specifically to the FOI aspect. The two conflicting points of view are very well stated. I do not know how much we will get beyond the publicly-stated positions, but the points Deputy Cullinane makes about the staff and the staff numbers were the original points we invited the HSE in to discuss. The Deputy's point is well made in that regard.
