Simon Coveney: My Department received two Private Contract Clause applications in respect of the above named person in relation to the lease of land and entitlements. These applications were processed but changes to land impacting the 2015 transfer prevented payment. These changes have now been regularised and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme is due to issue shortly.
