That goes back to the first point I made on the importance of the committee knowing the costing of the proposals when making recommendations. I also thank Mr. Duggan for his clarity on the 30 and 40 years issue which, because of the temporary arrangement in respect of those impacted by the 2012 rate band changes, became the talking point for a total contributions system.
